Becky – I was joking about the Shloer… it was brandy, actually.
Natalie – no, no, I am winning!! I mixed the dry stuff with her Felix pouch, thus tricking her into eating it… then this morning she ate the dried stuff on its own without a single complaint. Yay for me!!!

Don’t listen to your sister! Of course the better cat food is good for your cat! We fed our cat Science Diet, had to get it from the Vet, and it made an ENORMOUS difference, and becasue it was better quality she ate less and it actually was not really that much more expensive… FEED THE KAT, FEED THE KAT!!!!!

Well now – maybe u need to stand firm in this one n show her if she won’t eat that then she doesn’t eat. (it worked with Merckson. hahaha.) Surely its like training a picky child who won’t eat stuff their parents make but want frosted shreddies and candy floss for breakfast, lunch and dinner (!)

Play it by ear for a few days n see how it goes. But don’t blame me if it goes horribly wrong!

p.s. they gave ur cat SHLOER? wrong…so so very wrong…

Would you eat dried rubbish and those disgusting-smelling pouches of cat food?
I know someone who feeds her two cats and two dogs fillet steak, fresh cooked salmon, chicken. I am not joking!

Sorry to break it to you but there are some brands of cat food that your cat just wont like. Sooty doesnt like the jessie brand and also is partial to Go Cat. I think you might have to give in on this one as the ‘deranged mewing’ will not stop until the correct type of food has been provided. If you decide to stick it out all I can say is good luck!
